Large Starter Pack

Already have the oven and shovel, and just looking for the rest to get started with the pizza baking as soon as possible? Then this package is for you. We've included everything you need that is hard to find in other places - especially if you want good quality :) If you don't have an oven and shovel, you can check out our "Lilla starter package". In this package you get the following:

• Knarkvåg 0.01-100 grams - Our so-called Knarkvåg is what you need to measure small amounts of stuff, like yeast for instance.
• Hammarspackel Anza 10 cm - A putty knife is handy for lifting dough balls off the floor, cleaning your baking surface, and chopping garlic quickly and smoothly.
• Rain Gauge - To know when the dough has risen to a certain size (which we talk about in our book) you can use a rain gauge where you put a piece of dough.
• Flour Scoop - If you want a better flow in your baking, a scoop like this is really good. Convenient and a good size for small bags.
• Spoon - Of course, you can use many spoons for the tomato sauce, but this is the one we use and we think it's great.
• Tomato Bowl 1.5 liters - We have worked hard to come up with this bowl which is simply what you should have for your tomato sauce.
• Drip-Free Olive Oil Bottle 300 ml - A drip-free olive oil bottle is nice because it avoids mess everywhere. Plus, it's great at distributing the oil evenly over the pizza.
• 10 plastic containers - These are the perfect containers for storing dough balls or toppings. They can be easily stacked on top of each other too.
