Piennolo tomatoes are the tomatoes with the highest reputation in Naples. These even stand a bit above San Marzano. Terramagna's piennolo comes in so-called pacchetelle where they are split in half. If you want the tomato to be the focus of the pizza, this is the tomato to buy.
