This olive oil is made from 100% Raveceo olives which is a unique olive variety from the Naples area. In general, you like things with a twist in Naples and this is no exception. Ravace is oil with power all the way through and we use it as a flavouring agent more than anything else. However, it must be said that the oil is balanced even if it is maxed out. The oil is very popular among our regulars.
