You don't need to say much about this oil except that it is considered one of Italy's best every year. Of course, the oil is a bit more peppery and fruity than, for example, oils from Liguria, but everything is on point and in perfect balance.
We are mostly just happy that we even get to buy the oil as it is in high demand.
