This was one of the most important details when we started Lilla Napoli. We had to have this knife. It may feel like a ridiculous detail but is oh so important. The thing is that you hold the knife in a special way when cutting the pizza, and this knife fits perfectly in the hand for the purpose. The main reason, however, is that the angle of the cutting surface is such that you don't pull on the knuckles in the pizza when cutting with the blade horizontally against the plate. Incredibly important :)
