This pizza peel a copy of the shovel we tried 6 years ago at Ciro Salvo. The difference is that this is made of mahogany instead of beech. Better feel and nicer colour and better glide that's why. This is the Rolls Royce of pizza peels, that's all, but since it's our most important tool apart from the oven, it doesn't matter that it costs a penny. It's easily worth it, too, considering that the best aluminium paddles cost the same. This is a craft and is manufactured together with Conny's special carpentry here in Falkenberg. We choose the 10 mahogany parts together with Conny for each peels to get the right weight and balance in the peels. In addition, we must have the right hardness in the top for the longest durability. Creme de al creeemmmeeee. We are so damn pleased that we have come this far with a peels after 5 years. The peels will be 180cm long, but you just have to cut it down to the length you want.
