Our book is about exactly what the title says: Pizza Napoletana - The quest for a perfect Neapolitan pizza in a home oven, custom grill, and wood oven.
To get this book out, we worked non-stop for over a year and a half, and the restaurant remained closed until it was complete. It was supposed to take three months, but things usually take longer than you think; especially when you're trying to do something really good.
We often use the book still today, both to remind us of the hell it was writing it, and to use the information which holds up remarkably well.
We're proud, to say the least, to have produced such a comprehensive book, even though we were a bit hesitant when we released it. Here you find out everything you need to know to get started and make awesome Neapolitan pizzas. Plus, it's cool and fun to read, if you ask us anyway :)
