Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding products, prices, billing, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via email at shop@lillanapoli.se.

Terms of Payment

Payment is made via Qliro, Swish, or card payment.

Qliro offers several payment options, such as invoice and installment payments. The payment options offered via Qliro may vary over time and depending on the customer's creditworthiness. When choosing an invoice or installment plan, Qliro's current terms and conditions apply. For full terms, please refer to Qliro's website.

When paying with Swish, the amount is deducted immediately upon completion of the payment. For card payments, most major credit and debit cards are accepted. Card payments are carried out via a secure payment solution and processed according to current security standards.

When paying by invoice, a fee may apply. Payment must be made within the time specified on the invoice. In the event of non-payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest may be added in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 1-5 days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following Monday at the earliest. If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at: shop@lillanapoli.se.

If a package is not collected from the service point within the time specified by the carrier, the customer will be charged a fee of 150 SEK to cover shipping, return handling, and administrative costs.

Complaints and Returns

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, the customer must contact us as soon as the defect is discovered. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was noticed or should have been noticed.

Complaints are made via email to shop@lillanapoli.se and must include the order number and a description of the defect. Upon an approved complaint, we will cover any return shipping costs. We follow applicable consumer protection legislation. The customer has the right to have the item repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the law.

Prices

All prices in the shop are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right for price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced/non-delivery from suppliers.

Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.

Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with an order or visit to the website.

Disputes and Choice of Law

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN), see arn.se. For residents in an EU country other than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or corresponding dispute resolution bodies. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
