Cacciatore Salami

Salame Cacciatioren from Pedrazzoli is simply a really tasty salami that tastes as it should. Pedrazzoli is a well-known Italian producer with only organic pigs that are well treated, which of course we like to support.

The salami is relatively mild and sweet but still has the typical salami flavor everyone knows about. There's nothing to complain about the consistency either...

A salami like this can be used for many things, like pasta and various sandwiches. However, it's not for pizza. The salami is ruby red and generally really good looking if you ask us, so it obviously also fits well on a nice charcuterie board :)
