Magisk maskin

Man har ju hört länge att detta är the shit med spiralmixer för pizza deg, och ändå mera ett måste då man gör biga deg. Gick från att bråka med vanlig kitchen aid från Electrolux till denna då jag inte ville döda den gamla maskinen med biga deg. Provade denna magiska maskin i helgen för första gången, första svängen vart en två kilos biga fördeg till 12st 280g degbollar. Säger bara wow hur har man levt utan en sån här blandare, herre jösses vilken skillnad på degen. Och för inte tala om hur enkelt den jobbar ihop allt. Priset på sånna här maskiner har skrämt mig lite från att köpa en, men oj hade jag vetat att det är sån här skillnad hade jag köpt en för länge sedan. 5/5 pizzor enkelt.
