Spicy honey

We don't know why, but honey with chili in it is really good on pizza. If you think about it, it's not so strange - both are insanely delicious on their own, so why not mix them? Sweetness, saltiness and whatever you call it.

This honey from Tuttocalabria is thunder and lightning, and you'd have to look for a good while to find anything better. We found out about this specific one because the world-famous New York pizzerias Roberta's and Paulie Gee use it. And if it's good enough for them, it works for us :)
