Little Napoli's Salami Piccante

Here you have it! Salami that we have on the restaurant's pizza no. 4. This is a salsiccia piccante with chili that gives a lot of extra flavor to the pizza. It is similar to pepperoni, although the taste is slightly different. Perhaps the explanation is that pepperoni is the American variety while this is the traditional Italian one.

How strong it is is hard to say because we are all so different. Damn perfectly strong for a pizza if you ask us :) A little pressure is always nice, while red and sweaty faces should of course be avoided.

We have not been able to sell it before as it is a small company that makes it, and we have not been allowed to buy more than just ourselves. Also, there has been resistance to packing it one by one, but now it's finally here.

Good to know that the salami is insanely expensive for us to buy. Why? Yes, because it is the best. So if you think the kilo price is a bit more expensive than expected from us, you should know that we have the absolute lowest margin of all our products here. Sometimes if you want the best, it costs money. Unfortunately, it is often not possible to escape... Good talk.

The sausages are about 430 grams each, with that can be plus/minus a few grams.
