This is the book we struggled with nonstop for 1.5 years. It was supposed to take 3 months, but we stayed closed until it was ready. We flip through it sometimes to remind ourselves what hell we had but the result actually holds up well. Today we are satisfied with the book, even if we were perhaps doubtful when it was first released. The book is 100% focused on one thing only - Pizza Napoletana.
