Gustarosso's Lucariello tomatoes are completely unique to the Agro-Sarnese-Nocerino area, which is the same area where the San Marzano tomatoes are grown. By the way, have you noticed that we like Gustarosso? :)

These yellow tomatoes are a hybrid between Piennolo and the other tomatoes from the Nocerino area. They have quite a thick skin and relatively firm flesh, which together with the pleasant, deep flavor makes them perfect for dishes where the tomatoes should be in focus.

For the pizza, just slice the tomatoes and put them on with a bit of buffalo mozzarella and olive oil; after baking, of course. That's it - nothing more complicated than that.

God kvalitet och goda 💞

Bästa gula tomaterna!

Jag tål inte det naturliga färgämnet i röda tomater, röd paprika eller röd chili. Så jag har ett h-te att hitta goda tomater för att bjuda familjen på en schyst tomatsås. Men, nu är jag och familjen lyckliga i magen efter den härliga tomatsåsen från Lucariello-tomaterna! Grazie Lilla Napoli!

Väldigt väldigt nice. Extremt goda att äta som de är eller ha på pizzan, antingen före eller efter den varit i ugnen. Sinnes.
