Pedrazzoli is certainly a time-honored meat producer from northern Italy. Their pigs eat only organic food and always get to run around freely - in other words, they have a very good life. Bravissimo. Maybe that's why they manage to create such good mortadella like this one?
This mortadella delivers a mild and pleasant taste that still has a nice character. Its consistency is almost as creamy as butter, which is exactly how it should be when it comes to mortadella. No complaints.
Perhaps the best thing about mortadella is how versatile it is. It suits the charcuterie board, on pasta, in ravioli, on a sandwich, and not least on pizza. It truly is versatile in every sense.
