In Italy, everyone knows that the best chili is made in Calabria. If you go a step further, everyone in Calabria knows that the best chili comes from the small place called Spilinga. This chili, from the quality producer Tuttocalabria, is made there, so we've definitely found the right place.

What's most unique about this chili is that it has a distinct sour taste in addition to being strong. Otherwise, it just tastes good. After all, it's not difficult to find a strong chili, but it should also taste good :)

Exact strength is always hard to describe because we are all so different. However, this chili is relatively strong from a Swedish perspective at least, so if you are sensitive to heat, you might need to take it easy.

This chili is chopped, so it comes in ready-made smaller pieces. We also sell whole ones if that suits you better.

Denna chilli var lite väl stark för mig, tänkte beställa flakes men beställde denna där chilli flaksen ligger i olja.

Äntligen!

Chili i vanliga matbutiker blir ju svagare för varje år känns det som och ingen burkchili har fallit mig i smaken. Hade typ gett upp men så tog jag en burk när jag ändå beställde lite annat och den här är verkligen toppen! Håller med om beskrivningen ovan men så syrlig tycker jag inte att den var men som sagt jäkligt god.
