Olive Oil "Ravece" - Fam

This olive oil from our favorite Fam is made from 100% Ravece olives, a unique type of olive from the Naples area. People in Naples like things with a bit of punch, and this is no exception.

Ravace is an olive oil with power throughout, and we use it more as a flavoring than anything else. Even though the oil is maxed out, it still remains balanced, which is why we like it so much. It's worth mentioning that it's very popular among our regular customers, and they do know their stuff :)
