This buffalo mozzarella from La Cilentana is produced south of Naples in Cilento. When we were looking for the perfect buffalo mozzarella to use and sell, it was tricky to get a good balance between quality and sustainability. Unfortunately, you can't get the best of the best here in Sweden, but here you have the best compromise we've found so far.

So how good is this cheese then? Just compare it with the one you find in your regular grocery store, and we guarantee the difference is significant. It tastes considerably more and better, while the consistency is superior. No more, no less.
