Italian Cacciatore salami

We are absolutely crazy about Cacciatore. The best there is to slice into thick pieces, chew on and wash down with a glass of wine. It doesn't get any better. We have really gone to great lengths to find the best so far, Villanis is in the top 3 in our opinion. We think it tastes best if it is a little softer than medium, which this one is. Cacciatore is a must.
