Stracciatella is the delicious gooey part in the middle of a burrata. And it is in turn a mixture of hand-shredded mozzarella and fresh cream.

We would say this is the tastiest part of a burrata so why not go straight to the source?

The texture is very smooth and lovely, and the taste is quite mild but fresh, milky and a little salty.

You can have stracciatella in most places you want something creamy. Including on pizza, sandwiches and much more.
