San Marzano - Terramagna

Last year, we finally managed to persuade Terramagna to make 400-gram San Marzano cans for us. These are truly not easy to come by, but the taste makes up for all our hard work.

Even though we have great love for Gustarosso, we have to say that Terramagna's San Marzano tomatoes are one of our absolute favorites, and that's why we use both in our pizzas at the restaurant.

The biggest difference between Gustarosso and Terramagna's current harvest is that Terramagna has a somewhat runnier juice. Otherwise, you get a nice maturity in Terramagna with a well-developed taste, pleasant sweetness, nice acidity, beautiful color and perfect consistency. Nothing to complain about here!
