Fam "Fruttato Leggero"

We have been buying oil from Fam for a couple of years now and for the past 2 years we have been using their Fruttato Leggero (mild) on our pizza before it goes into the oven. Now the oil differs from year to year, but it maintains a constant high level. We use a milder oil like this before the pizza goes into the oven so that it complements but never takes over the flavor.
Enough said about this the oil is delicious and is elegant and in perfect balance. According to little us then!
