Completely traditionally built Neapolitan pizza oven where no details have been compromised compared to a site-built oven. Delivered on a stand with wheels. The oven is used by many of Naples' most famous pizza bakers, Ciro Salvo (50 calories) among others. We are very happy that our friend Marco Parente allows us to sell these mythical babies from Naples. The only drawback that is actually an advantage is that it probably weighs more than 1 ton more than other mobile furnaces from Naples.

We have an oven exactly like this ourselves, so if you wonder how it works and performs, you can just come here and check and ask everything you want to know. You can even try baking in it yourself if you want. Get in touch before you come, in that case we can set aside some time.
