This flour scoop is designed to fit smaller flour bags such as 1kg and 2kg. It has a slightly flexible grip where the thumb goes over the edge of the bucket itself. This, of course, means that it also fits large bags, as you can imagine. As usual, we have tested a number of things and this is the golden mean. A scoop holds about 500g of flour. Very important tool in your flow arsenal. Bigger scoops than this are for people like us who have pizzerias.

Note Note!!!
Remember not to actually wash the scoop at all. If you get a smudge on it, just dry it and break off the solidified stick. Aluminum oxidizes something crazy when it is washed.
