Pedrazzoli is, to say the least, a long-standing meat producer from northern Italy. Their pigs only eat organic food and they are always allowed to run around freely - in other words, they have a very good time. Bravissimo. Maybe that's why they succeed with such good mortadella as this one?
In this mortadella, you get a mild and good taste that still has a pleasant character. The texture is almost as creamy as butter, which is exactly how it should be when it comes to mortadella. No complaints.
Perhaps the best thing about mortadella is that you can use it for so many things. It goes well with the charcuterie tray, on the pasta, in the ravioli, on the sandwich and not least on pizza. Versatile and everything it's called.
