'Spilinga Nduja

Before we opened Lilla Napoli, we were actively searching for this 'Nduja, as one of our favorite pizzerias used this exact one. Since we managed to get hold of it, it's been the only one we've used.

This 'Nduja tastes just as it should with a sharp spiciness and lots of flavor. The color is also a lovely red, and it makes a pizza look fantastic.

What's special about this one compared to others we've tried is how easy it is to spread on the pizza. Unnecessary resistance is a flow-killer, so that's something you want to avoid. 'Nduja is insanely tasty on pizza, particularly on a regular Margherita, so this is something you must try.
