A whole, boneless Parma ham aged for at least 24 months. It comes from favorite producer Pedrazzoli's Q+ line, which is their finest products. Here we talk about good stuff.
The ham comes from free-range pigs, and the feed is carefully selected to give the best possible results. It has a characteristically soft and smooth texture, with a balanced saltiness and sweetness. The color is a very nice pink.
Still have to say an extra thank you to Pedrazzoli who was so kind and worked it out for us. Because this can be a little troublesome to do at home. The ham comes vacuum-packed and it's good to throw it on the slicer and get going.
