Floor stand

The moment of getting the pizza on the pizza shovel can be tricky when you don't have a good place to rest the shovel. After all, a pizza shovel is quite long, and when you pull the pizza from a table or bench, you want a slight upward slope, so that it will be easier to get the pizza on. This is exactly what our floor stand solves.

With a stand like this, you can freely choose a surface you want to draw the pizza on. You simply put the large flat part of the spade where you want it, and then you take the end of the shaft on the stand, which you can adjust the height of to get the right angle. At the bottom is a nice granite slab, which means that the balance is well maintained.

In the restaurant, we have an anvil in the wall that fulfills the same function as this floor stand, but it only works if you have exactly the right dimensions where you work and if you can set up a stool like that.

We often talk about must-haves, but this is really something if you don't have a good alternative.
