We have included all the flours that you find if you scroll down because they are simply the best that we have used. All flours are of course slightly different. You therefore have to change your recipe a bit according to how the flour feels, but you notice that quickly. When it comes to flour, you have to try your hand at it, and that is also why we have chosen to repackage all interesting flours that are really only for professionals. These are packed in 2 kg packages. A hell of a job but it's a small service to you customers and we hope you appreciate it.
