We designed and produced this adjustable regulator because you need it in your life, even if you don't know it. You need it if you want to raise the temperature a little higher in your pizza oven or if you want to be able to get a better surface of the meat on the gas grill.

It is also useful when it is windy or if the temperature outside is low and you need a little extra fluff.

From the beginning, we intended to use it mostly for smaller gas pizza ovens to reduce the baking time to 50 seconds, but now in retrospect it has turned out that it is perhaps even more useful in a gas grill.

It can often be difficult to achieve an equally fine surface on the meat (maillard) with a gas grill as with a charcoal grill. The reason for this is simply because the radiation from LPG is lower in most grills than if you cook meat at maximum with charcoal.

With this, however, the problem is solved, and now you can turn any Byggmax grill into a Maillard monster. It also fits well with our biscotti maker , as you will get your pizza oven to higher temperatures than before.

Some important info (should be read):

  • Use at your own risk as guarantees will not hold.
  • The gas regulator is adjustable from 30mbar (like the regulator you have now) up to 120mbar. Then if you turn it up to max, it becomes a hell of a move. So be a little careful in the beginning! We have tested this span to be perfectly suitable and relatively safe :)

  • The regulator works together with all gas products (grills/ovens) which today have a regulator of 30mbar. It is very easy to change - only a screwdriver is needed.

  • After tests, the regulator has proven to work best together with all types of tube burners. Gas pizza ovens, weber gas grill, the vast majority of gas grills have a tube burner. It is not difficult to check if you have one - if there is any type of pipe with a hole in it, it is a pipe burner.

  • The regulator has a standard POL connection.

  • You cannot see the exact current pressure except min and max. Such a solution would have cost around SEK 2,000 instead and feels unnecessary if you ask us.

  • Do not leave the regulator out in the rain for an extended period.

  • When using: Start on a low heat and test your way up using the regulator until you have the heat you want.

A really nice product if you haven't figured it out yet... The same prerequisite as chip tuning a car, you can say, hooooo Santa will come soon, damn it, huh..
