The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. To claim a warranty, the original packaging must be intact.

Private individuals have the right to return goods according to the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59). This means the right to cancel the purchase of certain goods within 14 days from delivery. The return policy does not apply to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature or those that can quickly deteriorate or become obsolete.

Therefore, you cannot cancel the purchase of food items. You have the right to inspect the product, but it should be in what is referred to as 'essentially unchanged condition', meaning the product should be in good condition and the original packaging should be intact.
