As you might have seen on Instagram, we have been working on building ovens for many years now. It looks like this one will be ready for shipping sometime in 2024. If you click on "Email when in stock," we will send you a text message or email when it is available to order. Only those who have signed up will be able to purchase the oven in the first round, as we will only order as many as have signed up. Unless there are more sign-ups than we can afford to order.

We will keep this option open until the oven is CE approved, which should be in August.

We have very high expectations for ourselves and we will not release the oven if it does not meet all our requirements. However, everything has gone smoothly with this oven and the only things left are CE markings and small design adjustments. So, there is nothing that can really stop it.

Below is the list of requirements we have worked with:

• No screws or any details whatsoever will be able to rust.
• Everything will be top-class in terms of materials. If it's stainless steel, it's ss304 and so on, you get the idea.
• And yes, if it's painted, it's of course aluminized steel underneath, which provides maximum rust protection. It should be able to stand outside, naturally.
• It should also be extremely easy to disassemble if something needs to be repaired.
• Made for 1-40 pizzas per hour.
• Full-size pizzas should be able to be baked, 34 cm in diameter.
• No burnt bottom ever. Real Biscotti stone in the oven.
• You should be able to bake Neapolitan pizza in it without modification at -15 degrees.
• Easy to modify to bake regular Swedish pizza.
• More power than you will ever need.
• Very fast heating.

Signing up to be notified when the oven is available to purchase does not commit you to buying the oven.

Before the oven is available to order, we will have tested the final version very thoroughly and we will document everything with videos posted here. All so that you know exactly what it can do and how it should be maintained.

The optional accessories for the oven will be:

• Attachment for the opening that lowers it to 90mm height
• Door
• Table in front of the oven with a depth of 230mm
