There are many things that should be good about a plate, but when it comes to pizza it's mainly the size that matters. There's really no right or wrong, even if we ourselves find it annoying when the plate is too small.

Sorbillo, for example, uses small plates, which makes his pizzas look big. Others, however, work the opposite way, so it's up to you to decide how you want it. Do you want to see the edge of the plate or not when the pizza is on? And if so, how big are your pizzas?

In Naples, most use plates that are 31-33 cm. We have three sizes to choose from: 28, 31 and 33 cm. Nothing really remarkable about these plates except that they do the job well.
