Plastic tray for pizza dough 60x40cm

Here are the plastic trays for pizza dough that we use at the pizzeria. We have tested lots of different plastic trays and these have always been the best, simply put. Made in the Czech Republic by the way.

These plastic trays only fit in commercial refrigerators , so unfortunately nothing for those of you with just a regular home refrigerator. We are looking for something half the size that fits standard refrigerators, but unfortunately we have not been able to find anything yet.

What's really nice about these plastic bins is that they fit our plastic jars (without lids). We have these for basically everything.

The plastic bins are made to be stacked so that you only need a lid on top, but then there is a risk that unwanted items from the bottom will fall into the plastic bin below. That is why we always use lids on all plastic bins.

The grey plastic is a bit ugly to be honest, but it holds up much better than other colours. Sometimes function has to win after all.
