The anchovies from Cetara are perhaps one of our most important ingredients at the pizzeria. Since our anchovy pizza is served without cheese, the fish get to take center stage, and they must be the best and nothing less.
These anchovies are from the village of Cetara on the Amalfi Coast, which is renowned for producing some of Italy's best pickled anchovies. In addition, we're good friends with Delfino who manufactures our anchovies - even though it smells a bit like bananas, we always make sure to stop by and say hello. And you should know, you can't find a more proud anchovy packing family than ours.
