Mahogany Pizza Peel

This is the Rolls Royce of pizza peels. This pizza peel is a replica of one we tried 6 years ago at famous Ciro Salvo's, so there's nothing to complain about the design! However, this one is made of Mahogany instead of beech. Why? Well, it gives a better feel, more attractive color and smoother glide. That's why.

Is it almost ridiculously expensive for a pizza peel? Absolutely, but sometimes things cost when you want the best of the best. Besides, the pizza peel is one of the most important tools when it comes to Neapolitan pizza baking.

Besides, many of the very best aluminum peels cost just as much, so here we felt no need to cut costs. This craftsmanship is produced together with Conny's Special Joinery here in Falkenberg, where we together select 10 pieces of Mahogany to give each peel perfect weight and balance. On top of that, we choose wood to give it the right hardness at the tip, creating the longest possible durability.

This is simply the crème de la crème of pizza peels, and we are incredibly pleased with what we have managed to produce. The peel comes 180 cm long, and you are free to cut it down to the desired length.
