Finally, we have found the right Nocellara olives from the village of Castelvetrano in Sicily. Simply put, these olives are our favorites, but we also needed to find the right producer in the village. Amabile was the place that stood the test of time and that's why they were chosen. What an honor, right?

Of course, this is a small producer who works sustainably and maintains their passion. In Castelvetrano, they pick the olives a little earlier than others to keep the flesh firm. However, the taste is still perfectly ripe. This is unique to the area and the reason why we think they're the best.

These are also perfect olives for those who are not particularly fond of these little green delicacies. Without a doubt, they are a great starting point but they're for life :)

Alltså, det finns oliver och så finns det OLIVER. Det är är OLIVER. Inte papperstorra urkärnade burkoliver som mormor fick stå ut med.
