As most people know, gluten-free flours are not as good as regular ones. However, that doesn't mean there aren't big differences between various gluten-free options.

Compared to, for example, a terribly boring ready-made base, the result with Piantoni's gluten-free flour is light years better. When making a gluten-free pizza dough, you should work on flattening out the pizza and then leave a small edge around. Then it's just a matter of trying out to find the right result. It is possible to slap the pizza on the bench as with regular pizza, but you have to be a bit careful.

Although you can't expect the same experience as with a regular pizza, we have to say that you can achieve something both tasty and good-looking with this flour, which many people struggle with when it comes to gluten-free pizza. And we actually must say that even those who are gluten intolerant deserve good pizza!

Gjorde ett 24-timmars recept, som blev nästan som på riktigt.

Glutenfri pizzadeg

Funkade kanonbra i degrecept med 48 tim kalljäsning. 5 gram jäst. Utöver vatten och salt även fiberhusk och soft bake i degen.
Degen kräver en del kärlek för att skapa en pizza med kant. Baket ca 90 sek i 400 plus grader.
Resultatet blev faktiskt overkligt bra för att vara glutenfritt!. Nöjd:)
