Whole Prosciutto di Parma
A whole, boneless Parma ham that's been cured for at least 24 months. It comes from our favorite producer, Pedrazzolis Q+ line, which are their finest products. We're talking good stuff here.
The ham comes from free-range pigs, and the feed is carefully selected to give the best possible result. It has a characteristic soft and supple texture, with a balanced saltiness and sweetness. The color is a very nice pink.
We must say an extra thank you to Pedrazzoli for being so kind and boning it for us. Because this can be a bit annoying to do at home. The ham comes vacuum packed and it is good to throw it on the slicing machine and go for it.
