- 2 kg Caputo Pizzeria - The most used flour in Naples pizzerias; so something you can trust when it comes to Neapolitan pizza! This is suitable for direct (regular) pizza dough. (W 260-270)
- 2 kg Molino Piantoni Tradizionale "00 LG" - An easy-to-handle, very strong flour which is mainly for indirect doughs such as biga, but which also works excellently for regular dough.
