Perhaps one of the most important ingredients in our pizzeria. As our anchovy pizza is served without cheese, the fish take center stage even more than usual. Therefore, they must be the best and nothing else. The village of Cetara on the Amalfi Coast is known for producing some of Italy's best pickled anchovies. Delfino, who makes our anchovies, has been friends with us for a long time, and even if it smells a bit like bananas, we always stop by and say hello. Prouder anchovy packers cannot be found. The whole family packs anchovies for days on end.
